The Challenge

Community Health Group serves diverse, multilingual populations across Southern California. Their outdated web presence made it difficult for members to find providers, understand benefits, or enroll in plans — particularly for non-English speakers.

The Solution

We built a fully bilingual (English/Spanish) platform with intuitive provider search, plan comparison tools, and a simplified digital enrollment flow. The design prioritized clarity and accessibility for users of all tech literacy levels.
